ABOUT STEPH
A mum of four with 20 years’ experience in the food industry. My first roles were as a cookery writer at Good Housekeeping and Woman’s Own, Cookery Editor at Bella Magazine, then for Tesco and Sainsbury’s. I became a real foodie creating recipes and styling food for photo-shoots, as well as being a restaurant critic able to sample amazing dishes from all over the globe. More recently, I trained as a teacher of GCSE Food and Nutrition and have been working at Weydon School, Farnham and George Abbot School, Guildford. I love creating healthy recipes, learning about new flavours and on weekends sharing and creating dishes for family and friends.

I have always wanted to create a cookery school where both adults and children come together to learn new skills or just to have a fun and relaxing time, cooking and socialising together. It's a whole team effort and you'll often find my husband David or one of my 4 children washing up in the kitchen.

I am currently working with schools in Farnham and can offer cookery demonstrations and tastings. I am keen to get involved in any community or charity projects so please do contact me.
